Meet Chef Nancy Dizon- Edralin, Executive Chef and President of ICE Culinary (Institute of Culinary Education and Management Inc), they are our new school concessionaire. Chef Nancy has garnered years of experience as an Executive Chef, Culinary Director, Culinary Instructor and Food Stylist both in Los Angeles, California and Manila.
After earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management here in the Philippines, she moved to Los Angeles, California. She earned her degrees in Culinary Arts, Food Service, Restaurant and Hotel Management from California, USA. She took her professional studies in Culinary Institute of America in St. Helena, Napa Valley, California, Thai-Swiss Culinary Education Center, Thailand and The French Culinary School in Asia, Malaysia.
Chef Nancy is a US Registered ServSafe Instructor and Registered ServSafe Examination Proctor, Certified Culinary Instructor, Registered Manage First Program Instructor and Proctor for the National Restaurant Association USA, and earned her California Teacher Credential Certification in Hospitality, Tourism & Culinary.
She taught culinary arts at The International Culinary School of the Art Institute of California in Orange County, North Orange County Regional Program. She was also the former Executive Chef of St Luke’s Medical Center, Quezon City.
ICE Culinary team consists of trained Chefs, Registered Nutritionist and experienced food service staffs.
ICE Culinary specializes in creating nutritious and well-balanced meals.
Their menu theme is “All Around the World! Healthy Gourmet” with menu theme based on International and Asian Cuisines that can cater to the diverse nationalities and tastes of the Reedley Community.
They are accepting pre-ordered meals. You may secure a registration form from the cafeteria. Fill-up the registration form and pay by cash or check. You can choose to pre-order by weekly or monthly.
